The historic renovation and modernization of an existing 2-story, 22,500 sf building for the Psychology, Law, and Philosophy departments.

Originally built in the late 1930s, the project successfully preserved historical characteristics and features, while upgrading aesthetics, functionality, technology, and fie/life safety code compliance.

The scope included a main lobby addition on the East side of the building, as well as extensive structural modifications throughout and renovations to the offices, classrooms, restrooms, and a 100-seat lecture hall.
